Jimmy Johns is one of my absolute favorites, but there is not a location near my house. So when we saw there was one on the way home from a nearby trip we were all over that.
Their slogan is "Freak Fast" and HOLY HECK this location was all over that. Like, our sandwiches were done by the time that we paid. It. Was. Amazing. The food was delicious, the location was clean, and did I mention how FAST it was? AMAZING. This Jimmy Johns was amazing even on a busy day during the lunch rush. -

Sandwiches doesn't taste too bad here. It's just another average sized average flavor sandwich shop. Employees were nice but not happy. Clean place though. I'll give Jimmy John's a 3.5 star rating out of 5.

Great place to grab a sandwich. If you want a fuller meal tell them to leave the bread in because they rub out the middle for a reason. 4 stars because staff could be a bit friendlier. The place was empty so they had an opportunity to make you feel welcome but...just staring at you while you order without smiling or anything is poor customer service.

Freaky slow. Freaky skimpy. Freaky average. Jimmy Johns. At least the place is clean, and air-conditioned.

I had a very underwhelming experience here yesterday. I had never been to a Jimmy John's, so I didn't know what to expect, but I have definitely had the impression that the sandwiches are, like, out of this world, so I thought it would go a little differently than it did. First off, there are just things that I personally like in sandwiches that they did not have. One, I like flavored bread. They only have fur options, and one of them is no bread, so, essentially they have three options. They also have 8 inch vs 16 inch. I prefer to have a 12 inch option. I feel like 8 to 16 is a large jump. Finally, they don't have an option for warm sandwiches. This is something I like, and I know that's now how everyone feels. When I asked if they can toast my sandwich, the guy at the front said, "we are a cold sandwich place." I thought that was funny because, isn't it easier to just say, "no"? It felt like an attempt to kind of condescend me for not knowing this, as if people who like warm sandwiches are sub-humans or something. My bad! I must not be in the elite sandwich class. Anyway, the other things that I didn't like, which I think most people would agree on were: they got both my order and my husband's order wrong. They put in a type of meat I didn't ask for, and they didn't cut his in half (seems trivial, but if you're going to ask, then might as well follow through). These details were on the receipt, so apparently the people making the sandwiches just weren't paying attention. They also don't have napkins like readily out. I had to ask, and found them behind the counter. It makes me think they plan to hand them out, but we didn't get any. We also weren't asked if we wanted salt or pepper, but there's no salt and pepper out either. The sandwiches were just okay. I asked for some of their free "add ons," like cucumber, peppers, oregano-basil. They literally gave me four cucumbers for an 8 inch sandwich. They also gave me a super small amount of peppers, and the oregano-basil wasn't even visible. I asked for more to be added when they fixed the issue with the meat that I didn't want, and the guy added so more, no problem. The bread wasn't stale, but it didn't feel fluffy and fresh either. To be honest, the sandwich just tasted so plain and bland. If I didn't get that extra flavor with the peppers and oregano, I think it would've tasted even worse. I definitely don't think we'll be coming back here, especially because there seem to be a lot of places in that same parking lot that are worth a shot. The parking lot was easy to park in and it was large, so that was a plus!
